Hey it's me, but then again, who else would it be?

Haha. So I've been trying for the past several weeks to go running, or well in my case, jogging in the morning. And the only time I can do that so that I don't die from heat and exhaustion is in the morning. And let me get one thing straight for you... I am NOT a morning person. I'd rather stay up ALL night and then sleep really late. I know, I know, not all that good for you, I know. But, I end up doing it anyways. Besides the fact that I haven't been exercising all that much everyday, I have been eating better and less. Yay! Go me! *Does a little victory dance* I do have a problem though... I am the type to put food on my plate and not be able to leave anything on the plate, even if I know I am full and I've eaten all that I need, so I need to be on my best behavior on my portion sizes. Well, I guess that that is a good enough update for now. Til later.
