I HATE SUMMER.
*Gasp* you say! *Gasp* How could you dare say that you hate summer?!
Well, I do. The heat just makes me want to sit inside and do nothing.
I end up sitting on my bed, surfing the internet, watching random videos on youtube....
I am in a summer rut. :(
I ran this morning! Yay for me!!!!!
I ran longer than I ever have before. A half mile, then I kept going!
Usually I stop and walk after that first half a mile, but I didn't today. I am sure that I ran about 3/4 of a mile. :)
Meeting my goals feels good!!!! Tomorrow I think, no!
Tomorrow I WILL go running again! See how far I can go! Woo hoo!!!!! What else is a good way to get my cardio workout? No strength training! Just cardio.
I have a reason for no strength training.....
I am going to be joining the Air Force... It's my decision, please don't comment negatively on that.... Anyways....
I am 5'4" and 149 lbs.... I am six pounds away from not being able to join. And since muscle weighs more than fat, I don't want to really start working on my muscles because that would just add weight that I can't have.
Any help would be great!!!!
